I joined TI as I wanted to build strength and train in a small group environment.

I was anxious about joining a gym where everyone else may be fitter and

younger than me. However, from the first day I walked in the door everyone

made me feel very welcome and size, age, gender or level of fitness was

irrelevant. I was able to work out at my own pace without the need to keep up

with anyone.

I am now a lot stronger and have grown in confidence. I no longer feel anxious

about joining any session. I joined knowing no one as I’m not from the area and

now I can join any session during the week and meet a familiar friendly face.

If you are in any doubt about joining my advice would be to give it a go. The

hardest part is making the first move to do it. There is such a lovely welcoming

their fitness journey or push themselves further to enhance their fitness. I was

so nervous starting back into training/exercise after taking a break for nearly a

year. I was afraid I wouldn’t be fit for it but Owen instantly made me feel at ease

from day one and was very reassuring. He is a supportive coach and takes the

time to show you how to do the exercises properly and helps with any fears you

may have. In the short space of time since I started, I already notice a difference

I am a quiet person & was nervous about starting a fitness class. I’d tried

fitness DVD’s & walking but was never consistent. What I needed was

routine & a coach to give me confidence & keep me motivated. Owen

always ensure I was doing the exercises correctly.

As a shift worker, I work different days & hours. TI offers classes each day

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
